Hydro-jetting for stubborn clogs and build-up

High-pressure water blasts away grease, roots and scale and cleans the pipe walls, so the line is clear from end to end, not just poked through. For homes, restaurants and commercial buildings.

Is hydro-jetting right for your drains?

It’s the step up when conventional methods fall short or a clog keeps coming back. Consider hydro-jetting if you’re dealing with:

  • Frequent backups or slow drains
  • Foul odors coming from your pipes
  • Gurgling sounds in your plumbing
  • Several clogged drains around the property
  • Signs of tree root intrusion

How a hydro-jetting visit works

  • Step 1

    We find the cause

When it helps, we run a camera first to see what’s in the line and where.

  • Step 2

    We jet the line

Water at 3,000 to 4,000 PSI cuts through grease, roots and scale and flushes it all away.

  • Step 3

    We check the flow

We run water to make sure the line drains freely, and can show you the result on camera.

  • Step 4

    We clean up

Cleanliness is our top priority. Work areas are left the way we found them.

Why jetting lasts longer than a quick fix

A snake punches a hole through a clog. Jetting cleans the whole pipe wall, so the grease, roots and scale that cause the next clog go too. It’s also an eco-friendly method: no harsh chemicals, and safe for most pipe materials.

  • Fewer repeat clogs

Good to know

Hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water, typically between 3,000 and 4,000 PSI, to clean the inside of drain pipes. It’s especially effective on stubborn blockages, grease, tree roots and mineral deposits, and we recommend it for severe clogs that snaking can’t resolve.

Snaking uses a flexible auger to break through a clog and is usually enough for a simple blockage. Hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water to clean the whole pipe wall, so it’s the more thorough option for the entire line.

Yes. Drain problems don’t wait for business hours, so we’re available 24/7, nights, weekends and holidays included. Urgent blockages and backups get priority in our schedule.
