Privacy
Drain Cleaning Brothers (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This section explains what information we collect when you use it or contact us, what we do with it and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request a call back, call, text or email us, we collect what you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, what’s happening and the best time to reach you. If you text us photos, we keep those with your request.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. We also use website analytics, which show us how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages they view and how long they stay. We use this only to keep the site running and to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To call or text you back about your request
- To schedule, do and follow up on the work you hire us for
- To send invoices and receipts, and to keep the records the law requires
- To remind you about a maintenance visit, if you’re on a maintenance plan
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and each of them may use it only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as we need them to do the work, stand behind it and meet tax and record-keeping requirements. Requests that didn’t turn into a job are deleted once we no longer need them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing draincleaningbrothers@gmail.com or calling (608) 480-9115. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, you may have additional rights, and we’ll honor them.
Terms of use
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Information on this site
We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but services, availability and details can change without notice.
Requests and work
Requesting a call back through this site doesn’t create a contract. The price, scope and timing of any job are agreed with you before the work starts.
Content
The text, photos and logo on this site belong to Drain Cleaning Brothers or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don’t copy our photos or text for commercial use without asking.
Links to other sites
We link to other sites, such as Google and Facebook. We’re not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limits
The information on this site is general. It isn’t a substitute for an in-person look at your drains. To the extent the law allows, Drain Cleaning Brothers isn’t liable for any loss that comes from relying on it. These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
That means readable text contrast, descriptions on photos, forms with clear labels, pages that work without a mouse and layouts that hold up when you zoom in.
If something on the site doesn’t work for you, call or text us at (608) 480-9115 or email draincleaningbrothers@gmail.com and tell us the page and the problem. We’ll help you over the phone, and we’ll fix the page.
