Cured-in-place pipe lining: a new pipe, no digging
A trenchless repair that fixes damaged or aging underground pipes from the inside. No tearing up driveways, floors or landscaping, and most home repairs are finished in less than a day.
What cured-in-place pipe is
Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) builds a new pipe inside your old one. A resin-saturated liner goes in through an existing access point and hardens into a solid, one-piece pipe, so the damaged line is repaired without a trench.
It’s a fit for pipes that are:
- Cracked or broken
- Letting tree roots in
- Corroded or aging
- Under a driveway, floor or finished landscaping
How we line a pipe
The same process on every job, from inspection to a smooth new pipe.
-
Step 1
Inspect
We send a camera down the pipe to find the cracks, roots or breaks.
-
Step 2
Clean
Our chain machine breaks down rust build-up and clears roots, then the jetter flushes out loose debris for a smooth finish.
-
Step 3
Prepare the liner
A flexible felt or fiberglass tube is saturated with resin.
-
Step 4
Insert and inflate
The liner goes in through an existing access point and is inflated with air so it presses tight against the old pipe walls.
-
Step 5
Cure with UV light
UV light hardens the resin, turning the soft liner into a solid, one-piece new pipe.
Why homeowners choose lining
All the benefit of a new pipe, without the mess of replacing one.
No digging
Driveways, floors and yards stay in place.
Fast
Most residential repairs are finished in less than a day.
Long-lasting
A one-piece, jointless pipe that can last 50 to 100 years.
One crew, start to finish
We inspect, clean and line the pipe ourselves.
Not sure lining is right for your pipe?
It starts with a camera. If the inspection shows the pipe can be lined, we’ll walk you through it. If a section has fully collapsed, we’ll explain the options, including digging and replacing just that section.
